GENERAL IBRAHIM COMMISSIONS NYSC/SDG MODEL SCHOOL KAZAURE

NYSC Director-General, Brigadier General Shuaibu Ibrahim has commissioned the
NYSC/MDG Model School in Kazaure Local Government Area of Jigawa State.
During the commissioning of the four blocks of fourteen classrooms today, the
DG appealled for support and conducive environment for Corps Members in order
to enable them discharge their statutory responsibilities to their fatherland.
He equally thanked Jigawa State Government for the provision of a befitting
Orientation Camp for NYSC with regular maintenance of its facilities.
Ibrahim also reiterated the commitment of NYSC Management towards upholding
the objectives of the founding fathers of the Scheme.
Jigawa State Governor, Alhaji Badaru Abubakar, represented by the Commissioner
for Education, Science and Technology, Alhaji Lawan Yunusa Danzomo described
NYSC as a tool of fostering National Unity among the different ethnic groups
within the country.
He commended Corps Members for their immense contributions to the socio-
economic development of the State especially in the education and health
sectors.
